Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label which you can print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
